Dear Friends,
This summer, from July 29 – August 6, I will be traveling with a team from Jubilee Church to Kandy, Sri Lanka, and I would love to invite you to partner with me through prayer and financial support.
We will be serving alongside the Ceylonese Evangelistic Association (CEA), encouraging local churches, pastors, and communities through ministry, outreach, and relationship-building.
Jesus Loves Me
It is a simple truth, yet one that many of us easily forget.
Before we can truly love others, serve others, or share the gospel with others, we need to be reminded that Jesus loves me first. Everything we do flows out of receiving His love. This is the message we hope to share with children, youth, church leaders, and communities throughout Sri Lanka.
During our time in Kandy, we will be:
- Serving children and youth through gospel-centered programs
- Encouraging and equipping local pastors and ministry leaders
- Supporting local churches through practical acts of service
- Building relationships and sharing the hope of Christ
I am excited for the opportunity not only to serve, but also to learn from and be encouraged by our brothers and sisters in Sri Lanka.

사랑하는 가족과 친구 여러분,
오는 7월 29일부터 8월 6일까지, 저는 Jubilee Church 선교팀과 함께 **스리랑카 캔디(Kandy)**로 선교를 떠나게 되었습니다. 이 여정에 여러분을 기도와 후원으로 초대하고 싶습니다.
저희는 **세이로니즈 복음 협회(Ceylonese Evangelistic Association, CEA)**와 협력하여 현지 교회와 목회자들, 그리고 지역사회를 섬기게 됩니다.
Jesus Loves Me (예수님은 나를 사랑하십니다)
너무나 단순한 메시지이지만, 우리가 가장 쉽게 잊어버리는 진리이기도 합니다.
우리는 다른 사람을 사랑하고 섬기기 전에 먼저 “예수님은 나를 사랑하신다” 는 사실을 기억해야 합니다. 우리가 하는 모든 사역은 하나님의 사랑을 먼저 받는 것에서 시작됩니다.
이번 선교를 통해 저희는 이 사랑을 어린이들, 청소년들, 목회자들, 그리고 지역사회에 전하고자 합니다.
캔디에서 저희는 다음과 같은 사역을 하게 됩니다.
- 어린이 및 청소년 대상 복음 사역
- 현지 목회자 및 사역자 격려와 훈련
- 교회와 지역사회를 위한 다양한 섬김 사역
- 관계를 맺으며 예수님의 소망과 사랑을 나누는 사역
저는 이번 선교를 통해 섬길 뿐 아니라, 스리랑카의 형제자매들로부터 배우고 함께 은혜를 나누게 되기를 기대하고 있습니다.
