Dear whom it may concern
This letter is my request for support for my upcoming missions trip to the Korean countryside scheduled for mid-August.
Last month I had the privilege of being on the team that went to China for a missions trip. I was planning to go to the English Revival Camp after I returned from China, but I felt as though God was telling me to be still and listen to His voice rather than jump into another missions trip. Although I was somewhat bummed that I could not go to ERC, I have been blessed to have the time and resources to be able to join the Heartland team.
The team will be hosting a VBS for around three hundred children from grades one to seven who live in the countryside. Most come from low income families and thus do not receive the same attention or resources as other children their age. We will be organizing praise and worship and activities for these students, but more than that, we will simply be spending time and loving the children.
My main prayer requests for this trip are as follows:
1) To be worshipful in everything I do
2) For physical strength and spiritual focus
3) To be firmly rooted in Him
