Let's Go Heartland 2010!!!

Hope you are doing great!

For me, it has been a year of blessings, renewal and growth!! God is good! My heart for missions started to grow last year but

I didn't get the opportunity to go then. Instead, I prayed about missions and asked God to prepare and open the doors for me.

So, when summer missions was announced at church, I got really excited and knew that God was telling me to GO!!

Out of the three trips, I knew I had to go to HEARTLAND!!

Our team of 13 members from Jubilee will be going to a small rural town Hwado (which is near Namyangju) in Korea.

We will be holding Vacation Bible School for about 300 Elementary School students. (grades 1-7) Most of these students

come from broken homes and have low incomes. They don't get the opportunity to study English like the children in Seoul

and they don't know God as their personal Father and Savior.

We will teach English along with arts and crafts, outdoor activities, songs/body worship, skits etc. Our goal is to open them

up to the gospel and to experience the Father's love in their lives.

Please pray for us:

1. Pray for unity and love among the leaders and team members

2. Pray for the children's hearts to be softened and opened to God

3. Pray for spiritual protection and physical health for the team

4. Pray that the Holy Spirit leads and gives wisdom as we plan/make decisions

5. Pray for financial and prayer support

6. Pray that I will be humble and have a servant's heart throughout the training/trip, I will lean on God and let Him work through me.

I would like to ask for your prayer support. Please pray for us now during our training and also when we head out for our trip in August.
