The least influenced group of people by Christianity through Chinese churches is children and students. There are 400 million children and students in China, and this is the ultimate mission target. Only through the power of the gospel changing the lives of these students will we ever see 100,000 missionaries come from their generation.
Through the building and management of private preschool, elementary, middle, and high schools in China we will teach students the truth of God's word. We long to help the students establish a firm identity in Christ as well and assist them in becoming well rounded missionaries in the world.

In order to have successful school planting movement, we need a
lot of dedicated and qualified teachers. We do not build schools
that are managed by foreigners, but rather we encourage local
Christians to utilize their leadership gifts. The purpose for
this is so the school will be best adapted to its local
environment.
We need teachers with a good education as well as a strong spiritual background. Our teachers have to be missionaries in the classroom; they must sacrifice to provide hope to their students who do not know Jesus Christ. The Institute of Christian school Education has a Master's degree curriculum which aids young Chinese teachers in learning how to be missionaries in their work place.
