Dear Friends
The LORD has provided me with an opportunity to go as a missionary to Cambodia this summer. This is actually my first missions trip and I am so excited to serve others and ultimately serve GOD through this.
I really do plan to be a missionary for life and therefore I am looking forward to serving on this trip wholeheartedly.
Hmm..lets see...I will be going for two weeks (July 21 - Aug 3) with 10 other wonderful brothers and sisters from Jubilee Church.
This is so exciting because we will get to work with kids at the Center of Peace Orphanage, minister to about 900-1000 women at a conference and finally work with YWAM, DTS in Sihanukville.
Therefore, my brothers and sisters in Christ, I appeal to you all that if possible, please partner up with me through prayer and giving...
Please pray so that our BIG DADDY has my (our teams) back/s.
Pray that GOD will put a hedge of protection around us when we go door to door witnessing.
Pray against the thoughts raised up against the knowledge of GOD in the people we will minister to on the streets.
Pray that when we minister to the lost, the Holy Spirit would open their eyes to the truth and set them free in Christ.
Finally please pray that GOD will provide our whole team with the necessary funds to suppport this wonderful missions trip (Since most of us need at least 1.8 million won for this trip)
And always remember Deuteronomy 4:7
"What other nation is so great as to have their gods near them the way the LORD our God is near us whenever we pray to him?"
