Dear Family and Friends!
It’s been a year in and then some since arriving to Korea last February. And time has flown by! During this time, I’ve long wondered when God was going to call me back into a mission trip. Several opportunities came and went but it wasn’t until this particular door that opened that it dawned on me it was time.
From my past experiences in serving, the Lord has always drawn me to working with the youth. And this trip will be all about that, working with the youth in a conference setting and be in a place where God will use all of us that are going to minister to the rising Christian youths in China.
This trip will also allow me to go visit my motherland (as my mother was born in China) and interact with the people there and sharing the gospel as the Spirit leads. I hope that my rusty Mandarin will be up to par and be a tool in further bridging gaps that stand between our team and the people that awaits us.
In preparation for this trip, more than finance, I am asking for support in the areas of:
1. Spiritual protection. Even a step further, that each one of us will be more than heavily armed and cloaked in the Word, and Holy Spirit’s keeping to move and save lives in the name of Jesus.
2. God’s timing. Please pray that God will grant us the wisdom to understand that HE is the one moving and shaking and we are the vessels from whom He works. And that we exercise the virtue of patience and love in sowing God’s seed in the hearts of many.
3. Experience growth in our own faith. Whether it is thru being inspired or seeing signs of wonders, please pray that we come back from this trip with a refreshing, and a renewed sense in our faith. And also with a burning sense of appreciation that we live in a country where we can exercise our faith so freely and not take that for granted.
4. Our eyes to be opened to see God’s fingerprints in all aspects of this trip, before, during and after.
5. Any amount, small or large, of donation for us on this trip will be greatly appreciated, as there are costs associated with funds getting us to China.

One last request is for you to lift up in prayer, those that God will bring unto our paths and us onto theirs. That their hearts will be prepared and willing to not only accepting, but wanting to walk hand in hand with Jesus as their personal Lord and Savior.
