The purpose of this project is to
give us the opportunity as Jubilee Church, to be intentional and
proactive in doing our best to help out those in our community
who are in need of financial help. Every application is
vetted by the Elder Stewardship Subcommittee to make sure that
all the necessary matters of due process
are satisfied before any aid is distributed. However,
we do so in the spirit of Acts 4:32-35, that there would be
no needy persons among us. May this be the case, here at
Jubilee Church, in Jesus name.
32 All the believers were one in heart and
mind. No one claimed that any of their possessions was their own,
but they shared everything they had.33 With great power the apostles continued
to testify to the resurrection of the Lord Jesus. And
God’s grace was so powerfully at work in them
all34 that
there were no needy persons among them. For from time to
time those who owned land or houses sold them, brought the
money from the sales35 and put it at the apostles’
feet, and it was distributed to anyone who had
need.
