O How I love Korea!
(If you know me, you'll know it ^^)
If you know me, as I think you do, for sure you know how much I enjoy being in Korea.
Since the very first day my heart has been capture for its rhythms, sounds, smells, and of course for its Kimchi.
Every place I've set my feet in, whether in the super technological Seoul or in the middle of nowhere (just surrounded by rice fields and herons) my heart beats with joy and of course my face cannot hide it.
And is even more difficult not to love its sons and daughters!
If you know me, you'll know it ^ ^
Because is not just about me loving this beautiful land...
It's about God's heart for His people.
The Kingdom is here!
The Kingdom of God is righteousness, peace and joy... (Romans 14.17)
Jesus' heart beats for righteousness, peace and joy...
and I believe He wants to bring it here, upon this entire korean peninsula.
And He will do it through his very sons and daughters!!
I believe God is answering years and years of prayers.
He is honoring the blood of the martyrs and
the tears of thousands of people crying out for Righteousness, Peace and Joy.
God is bringing is Kingdom here in this generation and through this generation.
He is healing the hearts of His children giving them back their identity as a family, as one whole nation with a powerful destiny for Kingdom of God.

That is what English Unification Camp is all about!!
EUC
July 23 – July 27
We are going to spend time with Korean teenagers, helping them to establish their self -identity as God's children, showing them how God's worldview looks like and finally preparing them as leaders for the “Unification Era”.
We will be serving and teaching -with others 120 volunteers- around 200 adolescents. This is a huge group of North and South Korean teenagers. Both, South and North Korean teenagers are gonna be the leaders in the Unification Era!... This is pretty exciting!

We all want to see God's Kingdom here and EUC is great way to see it!
What we are expecting?
South and North Korean kids playing, learning, eating and praying together.
Children getting to know each other and getting to see how similar they are to each other.
People being raised up as a Vast Army of God, with His very breath in them! (Ez. 37.10)
Prayer requests:
For the volunteers

Please pray for overflowing joy and love as we serve there.

Please pray for unity and strength (some of us are getting old =P ).

Please pray that We may be filled with The Holy Spirit.
For the students
-
Please pray that all of them will come to meet Jesus as their Lord and Savior.

Please pray that they may be filled with The Holy Spirit.

Please pray for inner healing, restoration and a renewed mind (The mind of Christ).

This year each volunteer has the goal to raise 250.000 won in order to pay for our participation fee.
If we get something extra... that will go direct to help North Korean students!!
