To all my family and friends,
This August, there will be a Heartland Mission meant to share the gospel and Jesus's love through games, stories, music, and activities like VBS to the children of rural areas such as the place we are going which is Namyungju,
Though it is my first time attending Heartland, I can see God working in our team by blessing us with so many talented members and leaders. They explained how God worked and changed their lives and are working earnestly to spread God's love to others through missions such as these. There is a fundraiser set on Heartland and I ask that you will donate to support our mission. But whether it will be completed or not, I trust God to guide us through the way He plans for us to go.
As prayer is extremely powerful, I ask that you pray for:
- The leaders and members to be united and focused not on what is good for themselves, but towards God.
- That no matter what conflicts or hurdles we may face, that we will be able to continue with God's power and peace.
- That God's love will be able to touch the children during the time we have with them.
- That our faith in God will continue to grow stronger through this experience.
