Dear Supporter,
I've just finished the school year and things are already picking up. I'll be heading three mission trips (with Pastor Dan) and this looks to be an exciting summer for me to really know God in a more intimate level and also to see Him work through me.
This summer, I'll be going to China to minister to 8th-graders in a Chinese school started by a M-worker from Korea. I've been there 3 times already and I always sense God's presence in the hallways and in the classrooms. I've seen these kids really grow to know the Lord and it is a privilege for me to go back and minister to them. Honestly though, they really minister to me as well as they show me what it means to really live out your faith in a country that does not allow them to do so openly. Every moment with the kids (especially the believing ones) are precious and I am honored to bring your love to them with me.
If you could join the 2010 China Summer team in prayer and financial support, that would be a huge blessing and hopefully encourage you that you are participating in this journey with me to bring J-man to these kids who are hungry for Him and desperately need Him.
Prayer:
- Please pray that I will stay intimate with God throughout this trip, that intimacy would not be a means, but an end in itself.
- Please pray for wisdom and strength from God to lead these teams with Dan.
- Please pray for unity and safety of the team.
- Please pray for the divine appointments that I would have with the kids to share the Good News with them.
- Please pray that the hearts of the children would be opened to know about their Maker and Savior.
