Dear friends,
This summer I will be going to Cambodia for about a week from July 30th with a team of 10. We'll be running a Vacation Bible School and youth programs at the Center of Peace, an orphanage in Phnom Penh as well as doing an outreach at a rural village outside of the capital.
I went on two short-term mission trips to China last year and it was such a blessing to share God's love and take part in building His Kingdom. So I decided to use my summer vacation to serve God by going on this mission trip to spread the Good News.
We need your support to do this - so please partner with our team through prayer! It hasn't been easy preparing for this trip because of the work and the busyness of life - but it's definitely given me more room to cling onto God, which I'm grateful for. And I personally don't have much experience with children so I am a little nervous but I believe that God will work in His mighty ways when we say yes to His calling and we're willing to be used as His tools.
Please pray that we will be spiritually awake as we and that we go into Cambodia and that we'll go with great expectations for the work that God will be doing through us and in us. Also, please pray that we'll be able to show the Father's love to the children at the Center of Peace and others we'll be reaching out to.
