Hi there!
I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for being apart of my life. Whether your a family member overseas, a dear friend, or apart of my greater community through the Church. Regardless of how we may know each other, I hope this letter finds you well!
As we dive into the summer months, the Lord has given me an opportunity to follow His heart to Cambodia. At times, my mind is still trying to process this information. You see, a year ago I would have never imagined I would still be in South Korea, serving in Jubilee Church and going on missions. I was certain that I would be home in Canada this summer.
But I thank God for the bigger plans He had for me! This past year the Lord has opened many doors for me to get involved and serve in Jubilee. But beyond the involvement and service, the Lord has also opened many doors in my heart. This past year has been a wonderful time of refinement and pruning. I truly believe that I am in a season of preparation and equipping as I wait upon the Lord to call me into full-time ministry.
So perhaps you can imagine how excited I am to be leading a trip to Cambodia in this chapter of my life. I know without a doubt this trip will equip me in many ways to better serve the Lord in my future. With a focus on Inner Healing, this trip will really challenge me to become extremely sensitive to the Spirit’s voice. As our team prepares for this trip, I have already seen how we are marching into battle and this is not something to be taken lightly.
I ask that you will join us as we go “into the battlefield” and intercede for women and children in Cambodia. You can join the fight through prayer support, financial support, or both!
This trip will require a lot of covering in prayer. So if you choose to support us this way, I ask that you pray for the following things:
-Myself and the team: That we will have unity in the Spirit; that we will not be fearful, but bold to proclaim the glory of the Lord through our prayers, actions, and words; that we will be sensitivity to the hearts we come in contact with; that we will be safe throughout the duration of the trip.
- Those we meet: That there will be divine appointments; that our interactions will speak of God’s love for His children; that we can adequately support their physical and spiritual needs.
- Logistics: Scheduling, Flights, Finances, Supplies, Paper work, and all that fun stuff.
Secondly, this trip will require a lot of finances. Each of us on the team has to raise $1,500 to cover flights, accommodations, meals, and supplies. So if you are able to support us this way, please visit our “Project Page” on Jublink and donate as much as you feel lead.
