Dear Family and Friends,
Hello! I hope all is well with you. I know it may have been awhile since we've had a chance to catch up. I want to update you on what has been going on with me. I have started my second year at Little School, a Christian English kindergarten. All of my kids are great in their own unique way and I am so blessed to be their teacher.
I'm shocked that I've been in Korea for 4 years now. God continues to amaze me with His goodness, love, and faithfulness. He has led me on trips to Cambodia and India where He has shown me that His love reaches far and wide. I've experienced His faithfulness by seeing Him provide answers to some difficult questions and showing me that I can trust Him because He has a great plan. Also, I see God's goodness everyday as I work alongside wonderful teachers who pour their hearts into the lives of the kids they teach. And of course, I have a solid church community at Jubilee Church where I've built strong friendships through which I can experience Christ's love.
This summer I have the opportunity to go back to Cambodia with brothers and sisters from Jubilee. As we are all part of the body of Christ, I'm hoping that you'll want to partner with me as well as we eagerly anticipate amazing things for this trip.
The trip dates are July 29th-August 3rd. I will be joining the rest of my team in a beach city named Sihanukville. We will be partnering with YWAM (Youth With A Mission) at their DTS (Discipleship Training School). We will be sent out to different churches to do Vacation Bible School and Mercy Ministry in the mornings. In the afternoons we will gather together and focus on outreach in the Red Light district with performances, medicine, and most importantly the Gospel message. I'll also get to see some of the Center of Peace kids, with whom I've partnered with before, again. They will be working with us and I am beyond excited.
With all of that said, please join me by partnering in prayer and in financial support as the Holy Spirit leads.
Prayer Requests
-team unity, there are 11 of us from Jubilee working with teams from different parts of the States, some of the COP kids, and YWAM
-the hearts of the people we will encounter as well as our own, that we all may be open to receive God's love and forgiveness in a new way
-the health of the teams; spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and physically.
